First round was a short phone call. This was between myself and the property manager.
Second round was zoom call. This had the property manager and his boss.
Third is a in person meeting. Where I will meet the property manager, his boss and the general manager.
Everyone has been very kind and passionate about what they do.

The hiring manager was kind and it was hard to figure out if I made an impression so do not let that discourage you. Situational questions were asked a lot and they give you an idea of what the position is beyond the job listing.

Colloquio
First interview was on zoom, second interview was in person. Both were over an hour. I enjoyed both interviews and felt very at ease. I assume I did not get the job due to the radio silence I experienced for weeks after. I was disappointed to be ghosted after I felt like I had given a lot of time and gotten along with the interviewers.
