Met with the partner, he was 12 minutes late to the interview and they suggested the interview be in person. He told me that I wouldn't be a good fit without even asking questions so I don't even know why his assistant booked the interview. All he did was talk about himself and he seemed egotistical and only asked me about 2 questions. He basically said if you don't wanna work 12 hours shifts and weekends then this isn't the job for you. Then he stated for a second time I wouldn't be a good fit. He was very opinionated, stated that working from home or hybrid working styles are bad and people can't get promoted working from home which I completely disagree with. After this interview, I had a negative outlook on the company, the culture must be very negative and no one is happy working here. Both people that left the company as a Senior Financial Analyst lasted a year probably because of their management style.

The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a phone screening, followed by a technical interview, and concluded with a final round with the local manager. Communication was clear throughout.
