The process started with a telephonic discussion with the HR after which I was shortlisted for face to face interview. On reaching the company premises, I was asked to fill an 8 page long questionnaire including both personal and behavioral questions. So after waiting for 1 hour, the interview finally happened. The interviewer (a male) was from the marketing department. He seemed disinterested most of the time as he was chatting on whatsapp all throughout when I was speaking. I know that because the conversation tone in whatsapp kept buzzing, also he attended 2 calls during the process. Having worked on a similar profile in an ecommerce company, he didn't "consider" my work experience "relevant". It felt like he had made up his mind to reject me even before the interview started. He barely heard what my answers were and had poker face on all the time. At the end, he asked me to wait in the reception area and said the HR will get back to me. The HR never got back and kept me waiting. When I called her, she said I can leave without giving a proper reason. They don't even have the courtesy to let the candidate know whether he is selected or rejected.
