Two in person interviews, Good Communication. The environment was casual. Second interview included on floor active interpretation and brain storming. Spoke with a total of 5 people, 3 of which were interviewers and 2 were on floor workers I was introduced to and allowed to ask questions of. It was a good interview as it allowed me a deeper insight into the site culture and daily happenings. And also allowed me to see manager to on floor communication. Much better than seeing the inside of a conference room only.
