I applied through a referral. 1 week later I received a 10 minute phone interview. The next day I had a 30 minute in person interview with the Technical Manual supervisor and project manager. They asked me a few technical and a few random questions, sent me downstairs to draw a mechanical part on the spot, and reviewed the drawing with me afterwards. I had an interview with the Security Officer 3 days later when I turned in my paperwork.
