Initial phone interview with HR manager, in-person interview with 2 accounting managers for 30 mins and 2 senior accountants for another 30 mins, then 3rd interview with controller. The phone interview was straightforward, asked about accounting education and the basic rundown. The second interview was more thorough, no accounting ?s asked aside from schooling and exp with software, etc. plus behavioral ?s for both in person and on the phone. I never made it to the 3rd interview.
