It was a really simple interview. I arrived to Costco and they sent me to where CDS was, which was at the back of the warehouse-in a little office. The interviewer asked about my experience involving food and customer service. In the end, the interviewer asked me to “sell a product” to her.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
