The interview process had 3 steps - Initial Screening, Technical, HR. The process was very smooth, HR were reachable and got to know the details about the role in depth. Prepare well with your basics

They asked basic questions , while interview process was good , after clearing round they asked for documentation and all.
After all they asked to put papers early in existing organisations early , after I did that , now they are putting offer letter on hold.
Please stop asking people to put papers if you’re not going to offer them
