      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CF Search Marketing nel mese di ago 2016

      Colloquio

Entire communication process was with one of the co-founders of the company. I received an email response to my application on a Sunday afternoon. I responded on Monday, indicating my availability. She suggested a 4:30 pm phone call that afternoon. At 4:30, I am sitting by the phone, ready and waiting. After 10 minutes, I wonder if there was perhaps some confusion on who was making the call, so I reached out to the two different phone numbers provided. No answer on either line, so I emailed back, to confirm that we were still a "go" for that time. A few minutes later, now nearly 30 minutes after the scheduled interview time, I receive the call. She indicates she thought the scheduled time had been 5pm, not 4:30. When she called, she was not in her office, did not have my resume, application, or any other pertinent information in front of her. During the call, she was interrupted repeatedly by her staff, and even went so far as to put me on hold for a few minutes to address something at the office. During this conversation, she asked me for my LinkedIn address, and proceeded to review my profile with me. At the conclusion of our conversation, she indicated that she would like to speak with me again later on in the week, to go more in-depth, once she's had an opportunity to screen other candidates. On Wednesday, I follow up via email to schedule the second interview. In her response, she asks me if I have a LinkedIn, and could I provide a link to my profile. She also suggested a time for an interview. I respond to her email with the URL to my profile, and indicate that I would be free at that time, and that "I'll look for your call then." "Great lets talk then" she confirms. At the designated time for the second interview, again, I do not receive a call. About 10 minutes later, she emails me, indicating she thought I was going to be calling her, and that she will give me a call in 15 minutes. During this second conversation, she indicates that not only have the expected job duties changed somewhat from what was originally listed in the job posting, but also that she hasn't fully decided the full extent of expectations and responsibilities for the role. At the conclusion of our conversation (which was on a Thursday, FWIW), she indicated that she wanted me to talk with another member of her team, to evaluate my skill level on certain technologies. She indicated that would communicate with me on Friday regarding scheduling this meeting, and that we would try and hold it on Monday. As I sit here typing this, it is Monday afternoon, and I had not yet heard anything back regarding scheduling this third interview.
