There were two technical rounds. The 1st was a telephonic interview and the interviewer asked questions related to Application Architecture. The 2nd round was more of a low level technical check. Questions which are relevant to developers were also asked. Looks like the 2nd round interview was for requirement related to specific projects. However they are not able clearly map the requirements to the candidates. Interviewer asked whether I can do coding and if I can work in .NET windows form. Although my resume clearly mentions that I have been playing the role of a .NET Architect from quite some time.

One lady took the interview and she was very arrogant, not sure why this attitude for an interviewer. Candidates doesn't feel comfortable with this attitude.overall a bad experience on this process. Interviewer should know the skills of the person.

First Telephonic round and they are about projects and it seems this is to filter for onsite and to demo use case and followed with Face to face interview from onsite and all question are based on practical experience
