Ich wurde vom Manager und einer weiteren Kollegin empfangen. Nachdem ich mich vorgestellt habe, haben sich auch die beiden kurz ihren Werdegang und ihre Rolle erläutert. Es wurden einige Nachfragen zu meinem Werdegang gestellt, dadurch hat man als Bewerber das Gefühl, dass wirklich zugehört wird und Interesse besteht. Außerdem wurde das Karrieremodell und Leistungen neben Gehalt erläutert. Am Ende wurde ich zu einem Zweittermin mit Fachpräsentation eingeladen.
It was just the very first interview with the company and we were communicated through phone. The interview was short as it was just to learn from each other and it was not a formal one.

Plusieurs entretiens avec un RH puis un Business Manager.
Très bon contact avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs et poste qui semblait intéressant.
Offre ridiculement basse et non compétitive vis à vis du marché actuel.
Entretien en visio de 30 minutes pour présenter son parcours, ses points forts et faibles. Si concluant, recontacté pour un second entretien technique avec recruteur et échange de questions générales.
