The structure of the role, including pay, is explained in detail throughout each stage so that every candidate has a clear understanding before making a decision. During the interview process, a base salary is not mentioned, as candidates are given two clearly defined options: a) a bi-weekly draw plus commissions, or b) a higher percentage on commissions with weekly bonuses. Additionally, we offer every candidate the opportunity for an additional interview with a hiring manager to discuss compensation, expectations, and any other questions prior to making a final decision. On the first day of orientation, we review the pay structure again in full detail while completing onboarding paperwork to ensure full understanding and transparency.
