This was quite possibly the most uncomfortable, oddly-structured interview I've ever participated in. The questions were oddly worded, and not very relevant to the role I was applying for. Overall, a very poor experience. It felt lifeless and the interviewers did nothing to make me feel welcomed. Also, it also took almost a month from the initial phone interview to get an in-person interview.
