Applied in January but didn't have my first screening scheduled until August, a 7 month wait. The HR contact cancelled 40 minutes before the screening call claiming to be sick, then rescheduled. She didn't join the rescheduled call, forcing me to email asking what happened. After passing screening and a manager interview (also rescheduled when he no-showed), I interviewed with the account management team and the COO. The interviews themselves were enjoyable and everyone was personable and engaged. However, the hiring process was severely disorganized. I was told mid-interview with the COO that I'd been interviewing with the wrong team and would need to speak with a different department instead. Two weeks passed with no follow-up. HR then informed me they'd hired someone else. Throughout the process, communication was sporadic and coordination between teams seemed non-existent.
