I'm still undergoing the process, so I will update if I can. I applied almost 2 months ago. A week after I applied, I was sent a self-recorded video interview prompt where a list of questions is provided and you have to film yourself answering them. They give you a week to complete this. About 2 1/2 weeks after I was contacted by the recruiter for a phone screening. It consisted of behavioral questions like, "Name a time where you had to multitask. . ." 1 week later, I was forwarded to interview with the manager who gave me a lengthy rundown of the position. It was more of a conversation and he seemed very amiable. He had 1 or 2 behavioral questions that were similar to the ones asked by the recruiter. 2 weeks later, I was forwarded to the VP to interview with. It was very much the same vibe as the manager. The interview was a conversation with stated expectations for the role.

One pre-recorded virtual interview where I just talked into the camera, and then a second round with the hiring team. They asked me about my previous role and qualifications, and described the role to me and the type of candidate they were looking for to fill it.

Lengthy interview process with slow updates from HR. I applied, recorded interview question, hiring manager interview, 2 meet and greets until I finally received an offer. Whole process took 2 months. Although long process you get to know the role and people you will work with.
