Very simple. Went to location on Pennsylvania Ave at the headquarters for the interview. Very hard to find if you do not know the area well. Panel interview with basic questions geared toward customer service. Initially, the staff seemed very nice but once training was over (2 weeks) I was unable to go on with the company. Paychecks were late two weeks in a row (paid weekly). Management was unable to be flexible in scheduling since I lived an hour away and took public transportation. Too many expectation with the pay not matching your job duties and working conditions.
