The interview was easygoing and very much on the laidback side as far as interviews go. I honestly would say it more like a meet and greet than anything else. A few questions about previous experience and job skills then a tour around the facility.

Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
