I went in for 2 rounds of interviews. The first was with the department director. It was more or less a run down of what the company and the logistics department did, with a little bit about my background. Much more qualitative than quantitative. It seemed they were looking more for fit at that point in time. They gave me a couple of quantitative problems to submit and ensure that I met the basic qualifications. The second round was with the head of the department, he gave me a more detailed description of day by day goings on, and got to know me a bit more. It was also pretty qualitative.
