Submitted application and received an email asking for a 90 minute skill test and video interview. This is just the screening process and not an actual interview. It is ludicrous to expect a person to spend 1.5 hours of our time on basic screening questions. In addition, no quality mock up of a website could be made in that short of time. We use a system that allows you to submit a short introductory video of yourself (only required for some tests), as well as take a skills test demonstrating your abilities. The system saves hours of your time by allowing you to do the interview at a time and place of your choosing where you are most comfortable. If we feel you would be a good fit for us, we will contact you for the final interview which will be conducted with a recruiter via Skype. Please keep in mind that if you do need more time to complete a test, you should feel free to take it as the test will not cut off. It will show us the time you took to complete it, but this is a fairly small factor.

did the questionnaire, assessment test, and video. pretty straightforward process and just waiting to hear back for an interview. the questionnaire had 10 questions, the skill test was a case study, and the video is 3 mins long introducing yourself.
