The person I was supposed to interview with was out sick, but another employee took over. It was very laid back and she was kind. Just asked questions about availability and vaccination status. The whole process was maybe 20 minutes.

Availability, are you able to work nights and weekends.
Not really too difficult. Management seemed nice. They’re more overall interested in your availability above all else. Super nice staff all things considered and not too difficult of an interview
Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc
