Pre-interview the morning after application submitted. Interview one week later on a Friday via teams. Manager conducting interview was super friendly and the interview was conversational with a layout of job details followed by five situational questions. The following Friday, exactly one week later, I received the job offer!

My interviewer asked me if I agreed with specific parts of the job posting such as the pay, start date, hours etc. He was very informative about these aspects and did not rush the questions to be sure I understood each aspect.
