The first round of interviews was conducted using Hirevue where you submit video responses to questions they ask you. I had to answer 3 behavioral questions and then a few about work authorization. They also give you a chance at the end to let them know anything else about yourself.

They give you the question and about a minute to prepare an answer. After that, you have about two minutes to answer the question and you have two attempts.
