20-30 minute phone interview with about 6-8 behavioral questions. Questions were definitely customer service based and in line with the position. After filling the application an assessment is required. Thereafter you will be contacted for a phone interview.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
