I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. Interview Recruiter e-mailed and scheduled a phone interview with manager. It was approximately 30 minutes interview focusing on resume. On the following week Manager scheduled in-person interview with his team. It was 4 rounds. 3 in-person and 1 on phone. All the question were related to the resume and the experience with the tools used in the project. This interview was approx. 2 hours. On the same day after an hour manager and recruiter called and gave me final offer. All team members were very much friendly and the entire process was easy going.
