Unorganised with objectives and expectations not clearly set out. Constantly chasing for updates with HR not getting back to you unless asked. Interview process went on for weeks with what seems to be a poorly organised company. Clarification on interview process was needed constantly as objectives on assignment weren’t documented clearly.
