They call it an audition. Questions asked had nothing to do with the job. For example: why is the sky blue? Some were asked to dance or act like a famous person they admire/know and the panel would have to guess. They did not care if you can carry a tray or know a difference between vodka or gin. They try to hire young good looking people for the job but this is not always the case. They are looking for an outgoing personality.
