After the first introductory interview, I was given a test assignment to prepare in a week. After that I improved it, divided it into two parts, added a slideshow and coding execution. My whole presentation lasted about 30 minutes, where I heard only rave reviews from the interviewer and gratitude for the work done, after which it was said that I would be interviewed directly by the head of the company and the team. After 4 days I got a dry refusal, and my complaint is not even that I was rejected, but that Dear Calibrate, take the trouble to explain to the candidate who passed you 2 interviews and prepared a great presentation (which you said you liked very much) what was the reason for the rejection, and not 2 short lines, as if you do not like the color of my resume. In all this history I am very sorry that they bribed me with their good attitude so I did not pay attention to other employers, but on the other hand there is no desire to work with such hypocrites at all.
