Interview was very low stress and over zoom. The questions were not difficult and the interviewer was very polite. I would not say the interview lasted very long, maybe about 30 minutes.

Brief phone interview was followed by more thorough zoom interview next day. During the phone call job responsibilities, salary and preferred schedule were discussed. Zoom interview included a variety of situational question and more detailed discussion day-to-day job responsibilities and possible challenges associated with the delivery of ABA therapy. Despite the overall positive impression after the interviews I was ghosted by the team and never heard from them again, regardless my attempts to get any kind of feedback.
