Made to wait in the lobby until collected, a few minutes after my appointment time. Was led to believe I was interviewing with the hiring manager; on the elevator ride up, found out it was a panel interview with the full team of 5 people. This is something I expect on a second interview, or after a phone screen, but it was enough to throw me off my game a bit.
