A 5-stage process involving interviews with different members of CDP with varying levels of technical difficulty. Most of the interviews are fairly informal in nature. I managed to successfully progress to the 3rd stage and was then told to wait as there were some internal changes to be dealt with. A month later I was informed that they were no longer recruiting. A complete waste of my time.
