Easy but misconceiving. Hiring manager shows up right at the time interview is supposed to start which by the way is 9am - which is first red flag. I drive 1.5 hours to get there and I'm there well before. This is second interview keep in mind so most experience is already spoken to. Minimal situational/behavioral questions, tour took most time, HR portion was 5 minutes then basically shoved out the door, Then am told as feedback didn't feel I have experience in the one thing I've been doing for 20+ years. This was also a position they've hemmed and hawed over for over a year of what to do with. I feel they never wanted to consider me, rather they either did the interview for data reasons/checking boxes, or they did not want to pay to relocate. Very happy this happened and not working there.
