Had an hr screening followed by some softball questions with a technical individual. They called me right after the technical screen to get compensation expectations, and talk about next steps. From there, I was completely ghosted despite reaching out again.

They will ask you to present on a technical topic, how to paginate a db query.

Colloquio
Three-step interview process. Each on a separate day.
- Recruiter (30 mins)
- Hiring manager (30 mins)
- Director, Hiring Manager, 3 Software Developers (60 mins)
Recruiter asked pertinent questions about background, goals, and compensation expectations.
Hiring Manager initiated a conversion about past accomplishments and cumulative technical skills. Was told about the current tech stack at the company and asked to talk about past experiences that might have been similar and would help make a match for the position.
Last step was a 10-15 minute technical presentation by the candidate. Was given plenty of time to prepare. The remaining 45 minutes was fielding questions about the presentation and other technical question of the interview panelist's choosing.

The technical presentation portion of the process was something never experienced before. It turned out to be great, because the hour became a conversation of getting to know each other in a professional sense. This is a much better way to get to know the candidate and hiring company personnel alike, compared to the typical approach of asking the candidate random, sometime obscure technical questions to see if they can answer them.
