This assessment is a basic join and aggregation of a Postgres database. The documentation they provide you is for basic SQL not Postgres, don't use it. Have a scratch pad up for Postgres queries you can do on your own. It takes about 10-15 seconds to query in their webapi and you waste a lot of time waiting on it. I barely got it done and it really is a basic query.
