A discussion with HR, a Predictive Index test, a discussion with Hiring Manager on Skype and then a panel interview with 3 people including the hiring manager, his manager, and the internal partner.
The interview started off with a declaration that it would be a casual conversation. It quickly moved to a volley of questions some of the questions were 3 - 4 parts. There were interruptions critiquing my responses or the way I was answering the question. A majority of the questions came from the hiring manager's boss. Near the end of the interview, I was describing a skill that I would bring to the company. This same manager looked at the personality testing and told me that I was not what I said based on the results. She described the outcome which is not what it said. Overall, the two managers did very little talking and the hiring manager's boss took over the interview. My conclusion was not only would I not want to work for this company, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else nor would I want to be a customer. It is obviously a bully culture and I would suggest to anyone considering this company to approach them carefully.
