The main thing I hated was this standardised test I had to do. It asks stupid questions to determine your speed and accuracy. I have ADHD and there is scientific evidence that people with ADHD have slower response times and are more likely to make mistakes, especially due to the timed pressure. So from the get-go I was being judged aside neurotypical people who don't suffer like me. Just because I struggle in things like speed and accuracy, I have talent, considering this is a creative job too? Before this, I had to do a "Written Interview" which took me hours longer than a typical interview would take. And it asked me really lengthy questions that are typically for a late stage interview. Guess what though, I didnt make the next stage after that, bet I can guess why Glad to see I'm not the only one feeling this way, sort it out, its 2023, you call yourself a diverse company yet judge people on speed and accuracy for jobs you may not even need that.
