Really long process with 5 interviews up to CEO himself. Really interesting talks with team leads from different teams including the CTO. During the last interview with CEO we resolved that this wouldn't work out due to a total cultural and personal mismatch. Appreciated the honesty from their side and putting words to shared feelings/perception.
