When asked about comp plan he got very vague, and changed subject, after 90 minutes of interview and asking a second time he finally spit out a number so low, he should've been embarrassed. I know I certainly was. Car allowance is peanuts and no option of company vehicle, you are responsible for your gas. If you're a true, experienced sales pro, run away from this one!
