The process was very lengthy (c. 5 months end to end) with calls with TA, Hiring Manager interview and 2 stakeholder interviews followed by a panel presentation. Pres was meant to take no more than 6 hours but was a full EMEA strategy and team dev plan so took much longer. The brief for the pres was quite lacking in clarity in areas and instruction was for the presentation to be detailed without having too much content - something that I found confusing to put into effect. I didn't progress past that stage but think Canva is an interesting company that is in growth, the TA was fantastic though and a real credit to the company.
