The interview process was pretty quick, that was the one pro to this experience. I applied, got a call the next day, did the interview the day after that and then heard back within 3 days from the interview. I was extremely misled. I was told during the interview that I would be perfect for the job, the manager was excited to have me join the team, I had all the experience necessary, etc. However, I did not get the job. She decided to go with another candidate that had more experience than me and that is totally fine. I was more upset about how misled I was than not getting the job. Unless you know you are going to hire someone, don't tell them you are.
