Job security is good. Capgemini will not consider based on work, Automatically there will be no work culture. Most of the projects doesn't give shift allowances and they never give money for shifts according to policies they maintain.they will conduct pulse survey and for the reviews project director will read and for issues they will respond as please talk to us personally and reviews are anonymous but if you talk personally they might take action on you. Capgemini is only for the people who are looking for job security with no pressure who take work lightly.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
