Mostly informal chat about the role, not much technical questions. Questions ranges from refactoring, cloud tech, programming methods, maths, misc exercises and coding algorithms. Quite a relaxing atmosphere and good working envrionment.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
