      The overall experience was great, especially the F2F round with senior technical leaders to completely understand the technical proficiency required for this position and the leadership capabilities to lead the product through its SDLC. ----Interview format----- First round - Technical Round Second round - Assessment Coding Round (Frontend + Backend + DB) Third round (Client Round) - Technical Round based on Architecture Diagram and few other technicals.

      Initially hr called me and collected basic experience details. Once resume shortlisted,HR called me and scheduled L1 round. After 2 days they confirmed that L1 round selected. Then after 5 days they schedules L2 round. Panel asked me to write one program. I have written program he was having 4min time so he asked some other programs. I was not having time not written completely. Because of this panel rejected me. I have answered all the questions which he asked.

      On 24 September 2025, I completed the first round of a technical discussion, and received feedback two days later that I had been successful. The recruiter then informed me that I had been selected and scheduled a second‐round face‐to‐face discussion for 10 October 2025; following this, I was again notified of my selection. Subsequently, the recruiter invited me to complete the Mocha English Pro online communication assessment test, and I received confirmation of my success the next day. After uploading all required documents into the SuccessFactors portal, I was issued an offer letter from Capgemini on 7 November 2025, which I accepted.

These questions were all recalled from my face-to-face interview with Capgemini.
