1. HR interview after application submission: This is very simple, they will ask Why Capgemini, and a bit about your background. Rest of the question are regarding salaries, notice period, etc.
2. Round 1 Interview with a Senior Consultant or Management Consultant: 30min interview, where they would assess Why Capgemini, Why this team, Tell me about a situation when you xxx, etc.
3. Round 2 Interview with a Management Consultant: 45-60min interview, where they would not test your motivation at all. This will be a competency-based interview, asking questions around the posting and the team you've applied for. Make sure to prepare accordingly. The interview will also contain quite a few behavioural questions, e.g., tell me about a time when you showed leadership skills.
4. Talent Selection Event (TSE): 3hr long group assessment case. Firstly, you will join and introduce yourself to the rest of the participants (4-5). Then, a Director will join to conduct a presentation on Capgemini (tbh, everything they were selling in the presentation seemed so boring and unrewarding). After the presentation, you're supposed to work in a group and solve a case together, making slides along the way (our case was to role-play as Capgemini Consultants and send a proposal deck to a retail company, helping them solve problems regarding their high IT OpEx, low customer satisfaction, and high employee attrition rate). Make sure to work collaboratively.
All in all, the recruitment process took 2months. The Capgemini people are nice, but just keep in mind that they're not the most ambitious or bright. You could end up having a decent career there, but I was looking for more intellectually stimulating work, which Capgemini can't provide (not to mention their below-par compensation package).
