30 mins to an hour telephone interview with head of development followed by a face-to-face interview with two people. First interview focused on understanding motivations for applying, as well as past experiences. Second interview involved competency questions as well as some technical questions. The interviewers are very friendly and simply want to know about you and your desire to join the company.

2 interviews for Capita Property & Infrastructure. It was C# based questions. Relatively easy I would say however a lot had failed apparently. They were phone and face 2 face interviews

What is the difference between a value type and reference type
Basic mainframe questions, background and interest, Nothing new same as what is being asked everywhere else. Prepare basics well and answer more than expected. Interviewers didnt seem to have a lot of knowledge. there was a list of prepared questions
