Standard interview though the interviewer regularly expressed themselves as rather uninterested by loudly sighing as i started to answer the questions, regularly looking out windows etc. When asking my own questions, their answers where quite frankly pathetic and or depicting a tone that read: ‘are you really wasting our time with questions?’. Probably filling a quota - great exercises for wasting time - i look forward to never hearing back from them despite taking unpaid time off work, researching the company and role and spending hours preparing myself both physically and mentally. Its clear they are stuck in the dark ages of recruitment.
Good. Questions were quite simple based on customer service experience. E.g how would you handle a difficult customer. Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work with Capita?
Easy questions to test language skills, made me feel comfortabke and at ease. The interviewer was nice and were expected questions about the company and the role. Swift with letting me know if I passed.
While the interview itself was good, both individuals were welcoming & very good at putting you at ease the job role described compared to what is actually expected of you are quite different.
