Very short and simple. I met with three managers and they gave me a short tour of the lab. The lab is in the middle of nowhere MD. Then we went to a conference room where the only questions they asked me were "What do you like to do for fun?" and "What shift do you prefer?" My mistake was saying "I can do third shift." After working there I will never do a night shift again. Anyways, after the interview I was in good spirits since it was more conversational than intimidating,
