Two round interview, first round was a virtual interview with a manager over a skype-esque program. Very laid back, simple, all behavioral. Second round was in Irvine. Three interviews back-to-back all lasting an hour long. Asked about past experience and what values you hold to see if they match with Capital Group's core values. The interviews are based around seeing if your values align with theirs and if you are a fast learner

Friendly interviewers across HR and PMs for the CAP associates program. Total 1 HR, followed by 2-3 PMs. Interviewers seemed to have their own style of conversations (i.e no fixed set of questions). Could depend on who u get,
CAP associate program seems interesting ? as u rotate between different business areas (from investing to HR) - but doesnt make sense for someone dead set on an investment role. There are better investment analyst development programs out there imo

Structured questions. If you prepared well, it is easier for you to answer that questions. There was no casual conversations during the interview. They just asked template-typed interview questions. It is ok you do not have any specific financial knowledge since interviewers did not ask technical questions.
