HR reached out within a week and made an appointment for phone screen. HR asked for short introduction, expected salary and visa status. The first round is a mini case, which lasted less than 45 mins.

The questions are simple mathematical problems, but the open questions like which do you recommend and why are hard. It's hard to answer every aspect of the question in a few minutes.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.
