Very easy, more like talking with co worker than an interview. low pressure. We talked about the job and then about what we liked to do in our time away. found out why interviewer like CapOne and why I should work there. it was the most fun interview ever

Interview process was smooth and everyone was nice once they let you know that you have the job everything starts going really fast! Prepare yourself FOR the standard star questions bit asked in a different way you just need to decipher what they're actually asking you.
