Nothing particularly abnormal, but passion for work due to the subject matter was a theme. - 1 hour written exam - to understand a new client requirement and convey this to your supervisor via email. - 1 hour quantitative exam - covered conversions from 1 type of unit/measurement to another. Fairly standard. Following assessment candidates were invited for a drink with staff. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to like working for the company but were putting in long hours and did not seem happy about the hours.
